Lui Lui's Chicken Picatta is the absolute "go to" dish in my book. I enjoy gourmet cooking a lot and pride myself on making the best Italian dishes. But... this Chicken Picatta beats my best any day of the week. Absolutely loved the shallots and capers and white wine sauce. And of course the lemon gives it that beautiful flavor. Be careful though...you're going to finish the whole thing despite those feelings when your dish arrives piping hot in front of you and you say..."I can't eat all of this!". Once you dive in and get the juices going, you just can't stop. And when I taste that last drop of chicken with my linguini, my favorite thing to do is take their homemade warm rolls and soak up all the "good stuff" at the bottom. Every time the waiter comes back after I eat this dish, I have this big content smile on my face. They giggle as they take my dish. Thank You Lui Lui for making me come back every time. Total satisfaction and one happy gourmet cook right here.
